Who I Am
Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do — whether I’m acting, singing, producing, or hosting The Tania Joy Show. I’m drawn to stories that reflect real life, illuminate truth, and invite people to see the world with deeper perspective. This website is a home for that work — a place where creativity, purpose, and lived experience intersect.
I believe our voices matter, especially when they are used with intention. Everything I create is grounded in authenticity, excellence, and a desire to bring light into the spaces I’m called to serve.
Creative Path & Experience
Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, I’ve lived across the U.S. and in Canada, but my heart has always been drawn to the stage and the screen. After years devoted to raising my children, I’m grateful to return fully to this work with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of calling.
My creative path spans performance, hosting, and collaborative storytelling — shaped by both experience and perspective. What once felt like separate chapters now feels like a unified body of work, rooted in growth and purpose.
Leadership & Production
In addition to performing, I serve as the founder and creative lead of Regmyan Productions, where I develop and curate live entertainment, vocal ensembles, and creative experiences for events and special occasions. Production has become a natural extension of my storytelling — allowing me to shape environments, guide teams, and bring ideas to life from concept to execution.
Whether I’m on stage or behind the scenes, my role is always the same: to steward creativity with care and intention.
Strength, Perspective & Faith
I live with a bone marrow failure disorder, a journey that has required resilience, patience, and trust. While it has shaped my perspective, it does not define my purpose. I choose each day to move forward with gratitude and resolve, believing that every season carries meaning.
Faith is a quiet but steady foundation in my life — guiding how I work, lead, and create. It informs my values without limiting my reach, and it keeps me grounded in both strength and humility.
Life Beyond the Work
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me thrifting for hidden treasures, resting by the beach, loving on my Sheepadoodle, Esther, or switching it up — from comfy jeans and a ballcap to an evening gown and red carpet. Life is a balance, and I embrace all of it.
